What about cancer?

One word: Lentinan. Lentinan is the polysaccharide that gives our mushrooms their distinctive ‘umami’ and garlicky flavor profile. Our log-grown production method yields Lentinan levels three times higher than those of shiitakes grown on sawdust or substrate!
